Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks, guides, PDFs, and downloadable content are generally considered final. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.

Refund Eligibility

We may provide a refund under the following circumstances:

You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
You were charged incorrectly.
You did not receive access to your purchased digital product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
Other exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
Dissatisfaction with information that is clearly described on the product page.
Accidental purchases made by the customer.
Inability to use the product due to software, device, or compatibility issues not stated by us.
